香港專業戒癮輔導學會致力推動戒癮輔導專業發展，服務範圍涵蓋中國、香港、台灣及澳門。
HKAPSAC is now a Recognized Member and Certification Board of The International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC). Our responsible areas include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.
香港專業戒癮輔導學會（本學會）是 International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) 的認可會員及驗證委員，負責中國、香港及澳門三地。
本學會宗旨
本學會的工作目標
- To promote the study of addiction counseling and the principles of counseling in relation to addiction.
- To facilitate the exchange of information and views on addiction counseling, to collect and disseminate information pertaining to addiction counseling, and to develop the technique of addiction counseling.
- To hold examinations and to grant certificates to persons who have satisfied the Examiners and the Council of the Association.
- To make representations and to act in conjunction with any other public or professional bodies upon questions of Hong Kong and international addiction counseling.
- To establish and maintain a high ethical standard amongst the Members of the Association engaged in addiction counseling service.
- To promote the quality of life for the prevention of addiction.

專業服務
本學會提供的兩大類專業服務
一、專業輔導
A range of professional services, consisting of psychiatric assessment, psychological assessment, case management to psychological counseling in relation to drug, alcohol or other addiction can be provided to those who are in need.
Referrals can be sent to the board via the web. An initial assessment will be given for understanding the need of service.
一系列的專業服務包括精神狀況評估服務、心理評估服務、有關濫藥、酗酒及其他成癮的個案管理式心理輔導服務。
轉介可以透過電郵聯絡本學會。本學會會安排初步評估以了解有關需要。
二、專業培訓
The board members can work with non-charitable organizations to deliver a series of tailor made training programmes. You are welcome to send the board the nature of training and target audience via Web.
本學會可以為非牟利團體提供一系列合適的課程，歡迎透過電郵轉介有關培訓的性質及對象至本學會。
道德操守守則
香港專業戒癮輔導學會道德操守
The Hong Kong Association of Professionals Specializing in Addiction Counseling Limited (referred to herein as "the Board" or "HKAPSAC") provides voluntary certification for addiction and other behavioral health professionals in China as a way of assuring competence to clients, to the public, and to employers.
HKAPSAC is dedicated to the principle that individuals in the field of addiction treatment and behavioral health services must ensure their behavior meets the highest standards of ethical practice. To that end, the HKAPSAC has adopted this Code of Ethical Conduct, to be applied to all professionals certified by or seeking certification by the Board.
All Individuals are subject to this Code and the HKAPSAC Code of Ethical Conduct – Disciplinary Procedures from the date of application for any HKAPSAC credential. The Code of Ethical Conduct exists, in part, for the protection of consumers and to maintain the integrity and professionalism of the field.

This document becomes effective from August 1, 2011. All HKAPSAC certified professionals are required to observe HKAPSAC Code of Ethical Conduct and are subject to the procedures outlined in this document.
Confidentiality of Proceedings
Except as is otherwise provided herein, all information received and all reports, decisions, files, transcripts, or any other documents of any kind generated or received during the course of a disciplinary proceeding, shall be kept confidential by the HKAPSAC and the respondent except as may be required by law.

IC&RC sets the internationally recognized standards for seven reciprocal credentials. HKAPSAC has awarded two significant credentials for the professionals in the addiction field of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

A three-day workshop was provided for a group of senior social workers and frontline workers in the addiction field, prior to obtaining their credentials as a certified alcohol/drug counselor. Completion date: April 2013.
於二零一三年四月，本學會在澳門舉行了一個為期三日的工作坊，對象為準備考取酗酒/濫藥輔導員的高級社工及在成癮工作方面的前線同工。
A three-day training was conducted for local social workers, frontline workers in the addiction field and psychiatric nurses in March 2013.
於二零一三年三月，本學會舉行了一個為期三日的培訓，對象為精神科護士及在成癮工作方面的前線同工。

Must complete the intensive training workshop and pass the certification exam under IC&RC and HKAPSAC.
要成為認可會員，必需要完成由委員會提供的精深培訓課程，並在IC&RC及本學會的認可考試中獲得合格成績。
附屬會員
For those not yet certified but wishing to learn about addiction or pursue a career as a certified counselor.
所有未能得到認可資格，但對成癮或計劃成為認可濫藥/酗酒輔導員的人士可向本學會註冊。
會籍續期
All members are required to renew their membership every 2 years under the criteria of 15 continuing education units.
所有會員需於兩年內修讀滿 15 持續學分，方可申請繼續成為會員。

如何申請成為會員
- Decide which membership type suits you — Certified or Affiliate.
- Confirm you meet the eligibility criteria above (Certified members must complete the HKAPSAC training and pass the IC&RC / HKAPSAC certification exam).
- Complete and submit the online application form (Google Form link below).
- HKAPSAC will review your application and contact you regarding fees and next steps.
- Once approved, your membership becomes active and you can take part in member activities.
- 選擇合適的會員類別 — 認可會員或附屬會員。
- 確認符合上述會員資格（認可會員須完成本學會培訓並於 IC&RC／本學會的認可考試中取得合格成績）。
- 填寫並提交網上申請表格（下方 Google Form 連結）。
- 本學會將審核申請，並就費用及後續安排與您聯絡。
- 申請獲批後，會籍隨即生效，可參與會員活動。

- Membership must be renewed every 2 years upon completing 15 continuing education units.
